This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We had a 6 hour rental, and from the moment we stepped onto the boat the experience and service was wonderful. We had welcome margs, fresh fruit, and the fajita lunch and ceviche were incredible. They offered paddle boards, a lily pad, and snorkel gear, so everyone had something to try out. From the very first contact, the service was quick, clear, and super helpful. They were incredibly resourceful, our flights were delayed on the day of the boat trip, and when I reached out, they immediately came up with a great solution so we didn’t miss out.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our charter with Vallarta Yacht Company. But doing business with them has been an amazing experience. The staff that I've had the pleasure talking to have been wonderful and very informative.

Helping my group come up with a custom menu and day plan to make our experience nothing short of five stars.

We had a fantastic day on the water and it was definitely the highlight of our trip to Puerto Vallarta. We booked the Fountain 47’ for a day trip and had a great day on the water.  The staff on the boat was helpful and the food they prepared was perfect for a day spent boating. Safe to say I’d definitely book another boat through Vallarta Yacht Company in the future. We recently took a chartered cruise on Vallarta Yacht Company's 92 foot yacht and it was truly amazing. Our kids had so much fun with the jet ski, banana boat rides and the giant slide off the top deck! The yacht is beautiful and in excellent condition and the crew was amazing and made it such a fun time for everyone. And to top it off, the food they prepared was way beyond our expectations - better than anything we had at any restaurant during our visit! We will definitely do this cruise again! This is our second time using this yacht and it was even better than the first! We will definitely use the

Irys with Vallarta Yacht Company is such a pleasure to work with.  We had to postpone our trip due to unforeseen circumstances and she refunded all of our money with no issue and was by far the easiest person we dealt with during this process.  I would highly recommend VYC!
